A Few Good Men

A Theatre Studies Senior Project in Directing for Madison Cole and in Acting for Kyra Gee

by Aaron Sorkin

a few good men

In the summer of 1986, a group of American military lawyers is assigned to defend two Marines accused of murdering a fellow member of their unit while stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. During the course of the trial, they uncover a high-level conspiracy designed to eliminate weaker soldiers in the name of patriotism.

Inspired by a true incident.

Content Warnings: Depictions of violence, gun use, suicide, and sexism. Discussions of sexual harrassment and war.

If you’re interested in learning a production role, regardless of experience level, email producers Catherine (catherine.alam-nist@yale.edu) and Lily (lily.perez@yale.edu). We’d be more than happy to mentor you through this production!
