Window Full of Moths
by Nick Baskin
An original two-act music-based show about three college friends trying to navigate the trials of everyday life that explores the roles light and music play within our lives as late adolescents. What would it be like if we could burst into songs of joy at the completion of a problem set? Songs of anxiety over interpersonal relationships? Songs of reflection after major life events? Window Full of Moths brings these dreams to reality, giving untheatrical, uncontrived, “normal” people the ability to express their feelings with melody. The show truly illuminates the small wonders of everyday life.To get a taste of the music for the show, check out this concert performance of one of the numbers from the Shen Curriculum Showcase in December! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6kpGjJAJdfA
