Pakistani. Hopefully an English major, I write fiction and melodramatic poetry. I've been involved with theatre ever since I was a child. I've learned to act like a comet child and I'm not afraid to sing the words wrong (sometimes). I love playing roles of any gender, my favorite characters are androgynous. I've played Joan of Arc, Hamlet and Fantine in Les Mis (the result of an all-boys high school) among other roles. I write with the artist/activist collective Big-Hearted Amateurs; Outside Wednesday Night at Toad’s (Fall ‘17).
