Audition For After Life

Thank you so much for your interest in auditioning for the Dramat FroShow 2022, After Life. Because of updated university COVID restrictions, auditions will look a bit different this semester, so please read carefully. 

HOW TO AUDITION

Auditions will be held virtually this semester. We are offering actors two options for virtual auditions: you may audition live on Zoom OR record and submit a self tape. Please refer to our audition packet (linked down below) for specific instructions on what and how to prepare for your audition. 

If you choose to audition over Zoom, please sign up for an audition slot below. Someone from our team will contact you following your sign up with a Zoom link and some audition instructions. If you cannot make any of the times listed below, but would still like to audition over Zoom please contact our producer Clementine at froshow@yaledramat.org AND our stage manager Alika at alika.osadolor-hernandez@yale.edu. 

In addition to your Zoom audition or self tape, please fill out a response to the REQUIRED audition form linked here (you can also find it on the audition packet). This form will help our team get to know you a little better and give us a way to contact you for auditions and callbacks. And if you’re comfortable, answer this form on accessibility and representation. 

We will also be holding an audition workshop on Thursday, January 27 at 8 pm EST. Attend the workshop if you have any questions for the team. Zoom link: https://yale.zoom.us/j/8319762367

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FIRST YEARS

In order to sign up for an audition slot below, you must create a YCA profile. To do so:

1. Click “log in” in the upper right corner of the page and login with your NetID
2. Click the “Add your biography” button. 
3. Fill in your personal information, including your “Full Name”, “First Name”, and “Last Name”. Make sure to fill out all three fields.
4. Hit the save button at the bottom. You should now be able to sign up for an audition slot below on this page.
