Over the course of the rehearsal process for a tragic gay play, two boys in a college theater class do some thinking about the nature of representation.
Rebecca Shoptaw is a senior majoring in film and media studies. She has written and directed a number of award-winning short films about LGBTQ+ characters, along with the web series “Middlemarch: The Series,” which recently finished airing on YouTube.
