YDC Presents: One Night Stand

The Yale Drama Coalition is proud to present our sixth 24-Hour Theater Festival! Over the course of a day, students will write, stage, and rehearse short pieces culminating in a performance of theater that didn’t exist just 24 hours before. Here’s the breakdown: September 26th, 8:00 PM: Playwrights receive prompts and have 12 hours to write short pieces. September 27th, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Directors look over the scripts. September 27th, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Actors and directors meet for rehearsal. September 27th, 8:00 PM: Showtime! The 24-Hour Theater Festival is a great way to gain experience, get to know the theater community, and try something you’ve never tried before.
