The Tell-Tale Heart

The Tell-Tale Heart is a revolutionary theatrical experience that features the text of Edgar Allan Poe’s 1843 short story of the same name set to an original score for a thirteen-piece string orchestra composed by Philip Jameson ‘16. This immersive and interactive, 360-degree, on-your-feet theatrical event thrusts audiences into the dark and twisted world of the story’s enigmatic narrator as he confronts the grisly truth of his nightmarish past and attempts to move forward with his isolated life. The Tell-Tale Heart provides audience members with an entirely new, visceral, thought-provoking, and haunting theatrical experience like never before.Tickets will become available at 1pm on Saturday, February 21st. The production will last approximately one hour. The audience will remain standing for the duration of the event, and is encouraged to move around the space. Note that fog effects will be used.
