Sky Burial
by Yuen Ning Chang
When elderly Cantonese man Richie dies before his granddaughter is born, he refuses to cross over to the afterlife. Returning to Earth as a ghost, Richie breaks into his niece Plum’s life. The unlikely pair set off on a journey traversing Earth and Limbo, where they encounter a talking skeleton cat, an immortal postman, a blunt gynecologist, crazy German sex clubs, and an emergency childbirth. As Plum helps Richie confront his past, they must figure out how to move forward in their respective worlds.
