Annie Rosen, your mezzo-soprano has brought warmth and thrills to the Yale campus. With richness and color, you have inhabited some of the world’s most difficult music, from Monteverdi to Poulenc to Schoenberg, using your silky and complex voice to interpret every passage.
We will surely be hearing-and hearing from both of these superbly talented artists as they head to New York!
“The Sudler prize helped pay for my first semester of tuition at Mannes College The New School for Music, where I got a master’s in vocal performance before coming back to the Yale School of Music for additional graduate study.”
Annie Rosen, Berkeley College 2008
