After being stood up, Andrik fights to stay in a prepaid, partners-only dance class.
Roles
ANDRIK (male, 20s, any ethnicity) Andrik’s just trying his best. Trying to be a good boyfriend. Trying to hold down a job. Trying to be a good dancer. But he keeps coming up short. Being kicked out of the Tango class is the last straw to his ever-decreasing self-image.
CAMILLA (female, 20s, any ethnicity) A tight-bunned dance instructor who dances by the rules. She demands everyone respects them. She demands excellence. If you can’t be excellent, get out!
DANCERS (any gender, 20s, any ethnicity) These dancers take their recreational tango seriously. They are judgmental of newcomer Andrik.
