YASA Africa Week Cultural Showcase
Prepare for an unforgettable evening with Africa in Bloom: The Finale! Join us for a vibrant showcase of African culture, featuring live performances from dance, spoken word, and musical artists, including FLY (Fashion House at Yale), Dzana Dance, DESTA Dance, Word at Yale, Rhythmic Blue and Yale Gospel Choir. The Showcase will also feature a performance from renowned Afrobeats artist, FAVE.
This grand finale event celebrates the richness of African heritage and promises an immersive experience in African art and storytelling. Doors open at 7:00 PM at YSB Marsh Hall, 260 Whitney Ave., with an African Banquet at YSB Steep Café beforehand from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
