Steppin’ Down South

 Steppin’ Down South

Get ready for Steppin’ Down South, this year’s Spring Jam showcase from Yale’s one and only step team, Steppin’ Out. Inspired by the energy and tradition of Southern HBCU pageants, the show blends powerful step routines with skits, speeches, and music that highlight the deep roots of Southern Black culture. Through bold choreography and interactive moments, this performance is a celebration of community, creativity, and the legacy of step. Open to all members of the Yale community, we hope you’ll Step Down South with us!
