Sincerly, Sin

 SINCERITY:

Tonight’s my last night out. My birthday.

And I am going to spend it with the people who mean the most to me. And we’re all going to learn something, and grow as like people and it’s gonna be really awesome and really crazy and just f**king everything I want on my last night out.

We’re going to have fun- and look great- and all get new profile pictures!

Cool ones- in… exotic locales.

Ohhh kay who’s ready? 1.2.3. Go!

Go! come on! (a mumble) God- ”

Come celebrate the birth of Sincerity in this crazy new play about a group of friends (black friends) trying to reconnect. Premiering at the Afro-Amerian Cultural center, “Sincerely, Sin” is ultimately about community, how we make it, how we risk it, and what we lose when its gone.

Our production is looking for people of color who want to make some fun art, regardless of experience! No matter what your talent or skill level, we will find a place on our team for you! Please reach out to branson.rideaux@yale.edu for any questions or to join.

(While this story is primarily about Black people and should be primarily made by Black peoople, we welcome “non-black” people to apply as well! Community is what we make it, and we’d love for you to be apart of ours.)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!
