From the TDPS Black Box, a new reality TV show featuring the Canadian pop star you know and love: Dorian Belle! In this series, Dorian takes on hip-hop, a new style of music he secretly loves. To teach him the ways of the streets, his favorite rap duo joins him straight from Chicago: PYG, featuring rappers Black and Alexand. A wicked cultural exchange, fo shizzy! Inspired by Pygmalion, PYG, or the Mis-edumacation of Dorian Belle investigates authenticity and censorship of hip-hop in a surveilled space, interrogating where the line is between appreciation and appropriation.
