Moon Man Walk

Upon hearing about the sudden death of his mother, Spencer returns to his home in Philadelphia to plan her funeral. Along the way, Spencer falls in love, discovers the truth about his absent father, and learns that his past is also the making of his present. This magical journey through space and time takes us literally to the moon and back.
This production is a senior thesis project in Computing and the Arts with a concentration in Theater, Dance, and Performance Studies for Adérónkẹ́ Adéjàre. This show will use augmented reality - which adds virtual elements to our reality without completely replacing our perception - during the performances. This show also has moments of consenual intimacy.
Cast: This show features an all Black cast. People from all genders are encouraged to audition as long as they are comfortable playing the gender of the character they are interested in.
