We are Yale’s Only Experimental Theater Group. We use devised and composition-based theatrical techniques as well as sound, light, video, and other mediums to create a compelling experience. The Control Group is a collaborative ensemble, where each member’s artistic contribution is valued equally and where every impulse is encouraged. if you have ever wanted to try creating a piece that doesn’t follow the conventional forms of theater, or a space to mix your many-faceted creative expression, please considering auditioning for The Control Group.
