Breath, Boom

In the world of Prix, the 16 year old leader of one of the Bronx’s deadliest girl gangs, pain is routine and violence is just business. Her dream to create firework shows offer what little else can; hope for a way out. However, as the years go by, getting out proves to be an almost insurmountable task for her and her “sisters”. The grander their design for escape, the deeper their decline into destruction. Breath, Boom is the coming of age story of these women who cling desperately to their dreams despite their circumstance, one in which the only assured escape route is death.
