My Fair Lady

by Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe

poster

Focusing on the limits of class mobility and feminism in a capitalist and misogynistic society, this production’s process will center on ensemble building and community, providing an ideal introduction to on-campus theatre for those uninitiated or looking to expand their engagement. Actors will have an opportunity to build physical comedy, dance and improv skills, as well as receive vocal coaching. Designers and crew members should expect to find a welcoming and collaborative environment in which to experiment upon a classic musical text.
